Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You may be required to provide your IBAN details.
